For the sale of goods (service vouchers) via the online shop located at https://www.wellnessdarky.cz/
Shop rules
All orders are considered binding. By submitting an order, the customer confirms that he/she agrees to the rules of the shop, payment options, delivery terms, complaints policy and has read the privacy clause.
We ask you to provide accurate and truthful information in the order form in your interest. Each order is confirmed by an e-mail message after submission, in which you have the last opportunity to check the correctness of the data filled in. (The content entered in the note will not appear in the return e-mail). If there is an error in the order for any reason, please contact us immediately.
If prices change between the processing and dispatch of an order, the prices stated in the order already placed will always apply.
The Seller reserves the right to contact the customer by telephone to verify or clarify the order if, for example, the order value is higher, if there are any missing or inaccurate data, etc.

The subject of purchase in the e-shop are gift vouchers for our services. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue (sale). If you need to book a service in advance, please call the phone of the specific branch in advance.
By purchasing a voucher, the customer is expressly informed and agrees that if the service is used within 14 days of purchase, he/she loses the possibility to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

Postage and delivery for the Czech Republic
Printed voucher will be sent by Czech Post/Shipping to the address upon payment in advance for 85 CZK.
We will send an electronic voucher (.pdf) to your email after payment by credit card for 0 CZK.
Personal collection of the printed voucher is possible at the address of the branch during opening hours immediately after ordering for 0Kč.
Delivery conditions
The place of delivery is the address specified by the buyer in the order
You will receive a receipt of payment either at the branch or from the intermediary (payment gateway) by email.
PAYMENT BY CARD
On our online store you can now use a modern and secure form of payment for goods by credit card. Card payment with us is absolutely safe, as we use the GoPay system.
This payment gateway, which allows e-commerce stores to accept payments made by VISA and MasterCard payment cards in the Internet environment. The Pay fully supports the 3-D Secure standard and security programs:
The 3-D-secure system ensures security by providing your card details not to the merchant (i.e. us) but directly to the bank. Your card information is transmitted using the HTTPS protocol, which encrypts your data so that no one but the bank can read it.
Notice
Having a supported card type does not guarantee that you can pay online! Internet payment must also be supported by your bank. If you are unsure, then check with your bank before using your card for the first time for internet payments.

Personal data protection
In order to offer you our services, we need to know some of your personal data. We respect your privacy, so we try to minimize the amount of this data to the minimum necessary and protect the data from misuse. Our work with personal data is fully subject to legal standards, in particular the Data Protection Act.
Personal data
We must request the following data from you as an individual customer when making a purchase: name and surname, full postal address, telephone number, e-mail address. These data are necessary to identify you, to communicate with you, to make the sale of goods and to charge your payment for the goods. If you are buying as a company we also need the address of the registered office, company ID and VAT number. Data about your purchases, complaints and other activities in our online shop are also confidential and subject to the same security rules as working with personal data.
Summary
We protect all the data we obtain about you and your purchases from misuse, do not share it with anyone else (except for freight forwarding or payment companies, which receive the minimum necessary customer information needed for the smooth processing of a specific order) and use it only to provide our services. We reserve the right to use your data to send you information about discounts, news and other marketing activities. In each email sent in this way, there are instructions on how to simply tell us that you do not want this and to prohibit such use. You also have the right to notify us in writing at any time of any changes, additions, requests to delete any personal information you have previously provided to us.
Your consent
By using our online store, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information to the extent indicated and agree to the above policies.
Return of goods - withdrawal from the contract within 14 days
You can return the gift voucher entitling you to use the service within 14 days of purchase, unless the service has already been provided. Please send the voucher to:
info@relaxdays.cz together with a letter of withdrawal. We will then send the money back to your account.
Complaints procedure
We will deal with any complaints in accordance with the applicable legislation.
We will deal with your complaint as quickly as possible, but at the latest within 30 days of its occurrence.
