Personal data protection

We need to request the following data from you as an individual customer when purchasing/offering marketing promotions: first and last name, full postal address, telephone number, email address. This data is necessary to identify you, to communicate with you, to make the sale of goods and to charge your payment for the goods, as well as to inform you about discounts, news and other marketing activities (email marketing, telemarketing, SMS). If you are buying as a company, we also need the address of the registered office, company ID and VAT number.

 

Information about your business

Data about your purchases, complaints and other activities in the online shop/website are also confidential and subject to the same security rules as working with personal data. We also process cookies.

We protect all the data we collect about you and your behaviour from misuse, we do not share it with anyone else (except for freight forwarding or payment companies, which receive the minimum necessary customer information needed to process a specific order smoothly) and it is used only to provide our services.
